Hi all. I've had the healer not show my pets that need healing since Friday the 2nd of November. I am playing on a Samsung tablet, using Chrome. I hoped to find a post talking about others having this issue, but couldn't find one. I just finished clearing my cache and data browsing items, but it didn't make a difference. I don't battle, so this isn't a pressing issue, but it seems strange to me that the pets just suddenly stopped showing up to be healed. I have one pet, Loki, that needs healing. Any help would be appreciated, thanks :)

- Loki is healed up because yesterday I felt I had waited long enough for a response to my post and decided to buy a healing potion. I know you all are busy but it's been a week and nothing. I didn't expect to hear from staff at all and took matters into my own hands. Sorry if I'm being a dick about this, but your first words of are you sure it needs healing did not sit well with me.

Loki will be coming around for healing in the near future, I'll post again when that happens to let you know one way or the other is the problem is still there. I did check him every day when he needed healing, and he didn't show up at the healers at any time.

EDIT: 11/16/24 Loki just finished gaining 1 point of health. I went to the Healer to see if he would be there to get healed, and he was not. I will leave him unhealed until we get a chance to try to resolve this issue.

EDIT: 11/24/24 Loki still hasn't shown up to be healed, but one of my other pets, Cash, has shown up to be healed. I think the issue is between Loki and the Healer. I left Cash unhealed there to see if there are any clues to be found :)

EDIT 11/25. Loki needs healing, and he's still not showing up at the Healer sigh If you have the time to look into this again, I'd appreciate it :)

Do you have any customcss that could be preventing Loki from displaying on that page?

hi, thanks for taking a look at this situation. I haven't changed anything on Loki's profile in years, or anything really, except to train him. One day he just stopped showing up at the Healers. I know some new things rolled out on Subeta a day or so before he stopped showing up (around the beginning of November) at the Healer.

I can't see how something coming out new on Subeta could have affected my one pet, but I don't know anything about programming. He's been in the training center for probably a year or more, I train him twice a day. I don't know how to do custom css.

You know, Tempest has blessed Loki a goodly amount of times. I always switch him to my active pet when she shows up. I can't remember if she had blessed him around the time he stopped showing up at the healers, but it's possible...just a thought. Again, I don't know anything about programming, but it could explain why Loki was targeted, and my other pet Cash showed up at the Healers.

I did also check on my computer to see if he'd show up there, thinking maybe something was off on my tablet, but he didn't. It's just a weird thing out of nowhere that started happening.

I'd love to know why this happened, and get it resolved, but if it's too strange of a thing to figure out, I can just buy healing potions when he needs it :) Thanks for any help

You could also try holding control and pressing f5 at the same time.

If it’s neither of those, then I have no clue what could be causing the issue

I did have my wife do my profile, and I like the verdana font ...

I doubt that code causes any issues, but you could try deleting it, checking to see if it fixes the problem, and then readding the code to that page if it doesn’t fix it.

Control+f5 will just clear your cache and that sometimes fixes weird bugs.

no, Loki hasn't battled with me yet. He was my wife's pet for years before he came to me, years ago. I haven't gotten him weapons yet :)

I will have my wife re-do that code when she gets up in a few hours. I don't even know where that code is, sorry I will post after it's done, and let you know what happened :) I do clear my cache every other day on here, through Chrome, though, that was the first thing I checked. My wife always says, clear your cache, reboot the game, restart your tablet then we'll talk lol

I forfeited the battle, got him out, yes...he now shows up at the Healer, I'm going to go crawl under a rock for awhile lol thanks again :)
